1. Service Agreements

By scheduling service with Franklin's Reliable Garage Door, you authorize our technicians to evaluate, inspect, and perform agreed-upon repairs or installations on your residential overhead door systems.

2. Estimates & Authorizations

All work is preceded by a clear diagnostic review. Work proceeds only after customer approval. We believe in complete transparency and do not engage in unauthorized repairs or bait-and-switch pricing.

3. Safety & Site Accessibility

Customers agree to provide safe, unimpeded access to the garage interior, electrical outlets, and overhead track assemblies. For safety reasons, pets and family members must remain away from high-tension work zones during active spring or cable servicing.

4. Manufacturer Warranties

Installed hardware, high-cycle springs, and electric opener motors are backed by applicable manufacturer warranties and our workmanship guarantee.
